Welcome to Full Frontal Families! Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) carefully. They are legally binding and apply to your use of the Full Frontal Families website at [YOUR DOMAIN] (the “Site”), Full Frontal Families-controlled social media pages (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and any other platforms we control), and the related services and products we offer through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

It is your responsibility to read these Terms carefully before using or accessing any of our Services or purchasing any products.

Introduction

These Terms set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Services and purchase of our products, including digital content, online courses, memberships, live or recorded programming, play kits, downloadable materials, and related offerings (collectively, “Products”).

By purchasing a Product, using the Services, registering an account, accessing information from the Services, posting or downloading content, or otherwise indicating your assent to these Terms, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS CONTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. THEY INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SEE “ARBITRATION; CLASS WAIVER; JURY WAIVER” BELOW). EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES, YOU AND FULL FRONTAL FAMILIES AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL, BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

We may modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. The most current version will be posted on the Site at [YOUR TERMS URL] and will include the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Some Products may be available exclusively online, may be limited in quantity, or may be offered for a limited time. We may modify, discontinue, or change Products, pricing, or features at any time without notice.

Refunds

[CHOOSE ONE AND PASTE IT HERE]

Option A (Simple, safer if you don’t want completion-proof):
All sales are final unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the Product description. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, contact us at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL].

Option B (Modeled on the sample, “completion-proof”):
If you are not satisfied with a Product, within 30 days of purchase or initial payment, contact us at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] for a refund, provided you have accessed the Product materials and shared (in writing or by phone) why the Product was not a good fit.

We reserve the right to deny refunds where permitted by law, including for abuse, excessive requests, or policy violations.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] to request support or a refund where applicable. If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide documentation (including proof of access, downloads, and communications) to the financial institution and may restrict future purchases.

No Selling or Reselling

You may not sell, resell, license, distribute, or use for commercial purposes any Products or content obtained through the Services unless you have our prior written consent.

The Services may link to third-party websites, applications, platforms, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Educational / informational only. Full Frontal Families is not a medical provider, mental health provider, or legal advisor, and our content is not medical, mental health, or legal advice. Always seek guidance from qualified professionals regarding your specific situation. Outcomes vary; we do not guarantee results.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULL FRONTAL FAMILIES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

IF LIABILITY IS FOUND, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Full Frontal Families and its affiliates and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

Arbitration Agreement; Class Waiver; Jury Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Informal Resolution First

Before filing arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by sending a Notice of Dispute to:
[LEGAL NAME OF COMPANY / OWNER]
[MAILING ADDRESS]
Email: [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL]
Include your name, contact info, a description of the dispute, and what you want.

If we don’t resolve within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration.

Binding Individual Arbitration

Except for small claims matters and requests for injunctive relief regarding intellectual property, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless the parties agree otherwise.

No Class Actions

YOU AND FULL FRONTAL FAMILIES AGREE THAT CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Waiver of Jury Trial

YOU AND FULL FRONTAL FAMILIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Small Claims + IP Injunctions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or emergency relief to preserve the status quo.

Governing Law, Venue, and Time Limit to Bring Claims

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE—COMMONLY CALIFORNIA], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

To the extent any dispute may be brought in court (instead of arbitration), you agree to jurisdiction and venue in [COUNTY/STATE].

You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, to the extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Full Frontal Families concerning the Services.
